• In-Store Purchases: Customers must present valid identification at the time of purchase for any alcohol-related transactions.
• Online Orders: If ordering online, you must be available to accept delivery at the time of delivery. Our delivery service is subject to availability, and delivery times may vary.
• We may refuse any sale or delivery if we have reason to believe that the transaction is not in compliance with applicable laws or regulations.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
• It is prohibited to consume alcohol on the premises or in public areas where it is not permitted by law.

• All sales are final. However, if you have a valid concern regarding a product purchased, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We may offer a replacement or a refund depending on the circumstances.
• Returns are only accepted for unopened bottles and must be in the original packaging. We will not accept returns for opened products due to health and safety reasons.

• All sales are subject to the Liquor and Gaming Regulation and Alberta’s liquor laws. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws when purchasing alcohol from Moose Liquor.
• We will comply with all Alberta Liquor Control Board (ALCB) regulations in terms of the sale, distribution, and delivery of alcoholic beverages.

• All content on our website, including text, logos, images, and design, is the property of Moose Liquor or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use any content without prior written consent from Moose Liquor.
